TJEG from the start has been a leader in developing methods and proactices to more accurately and coordinated present the engineering intent of our design.
TJEG developed 3D design of more than 3,000,000 sf. of the healthcare space. This included ductwork, piping and conduits in such congested spaces as the Central Utility Plant (CUP)
TJEG works with Contractors to achieve seamless transition of the 3D design drawings to the detail shop drawings.
TJEG is 100% computerized using Building Information Model (BIM) with 3-D technology for conflict resolution, material take-off and fabrication drawings.
The firm has also developed proprietary software linking engineering data to CADD production, thereby eliminating transmissional (human) errors between the programs.
TJEG coordinating with Owner to utilize integration software for facility management and building information management.
