Ted Jacob Engineering Group has many years of experience in the design of site-wide infrastructure. This specialism adds to our varied range of services and allows us to provide clients with a full one-stop-shop service, not only providing building design services, but also providing the capability of ensuring the building is serviced by being connected to the surrounding utility and transportation networks.
We work closely with architects to provide design services during the masterplanning phase of projects, by determining utility loads, sizing plant, detailing road networks and ultimately designing infrastructure corridors to allow architects to develop individual plots. After which, we progress the roads & infrastructure through Detailed Design, tender and construction to allow developers to sell plots serviced by transport and utility networks.
